good day to be a plumber...maybe...

I'll be eyeingthe pics of the three foot icicles hanging off my roof when i'm bitchin about how damm hot it is in a few months.

I went ice fisihing yesterday in the test tank..the ice was a good 3 inches thick..I need a five pound slegde to break it up a bit to keep the tank from splitting

couple of fmy friends had to take refuge in a local hotel last night..water pipes are freezing all over th eplace. My kitchen sink connection is frozen..luckily the rest of the house is flowing.

I knew taking those two artic cat snowmobiles in last year for carb work was a bad karma thing..

stay warm..wear gloves, keep your fingers and toes in mind.

speaking of fingers..check out an amazing tech for power saws..just saw it yesterday on usatoday..great tech..from the USA

it's called "sawstop" and if you use a table saw in your work, you owe it to yourself to have a look at it...the lifetime costs of losing a couple of fingers was far more then I had ever imagined.

If you find a way to pump air bubbles into the water, it may keep the ice from developing into a solid layer. Bubblers are commonly used for in-water winter docking of boats.
