I just switched over to premix and have a gallon or 2 of yamalube left over. I plan on using pennzoil TCW-3 synthetic oil from now on in my 1200 PV motors. Can I mix some of the yamalube with the pennzoil and not have any problems. I could mix it 75/25. Any thoughts.

Use the Yamalube up first, then start using the Penn...mixing would probably not damage anything, but there's no reason to do it.

I have many times seen oil fall out of suspension after being mixed. It is rare, but there are oils out there that just will not mix with others. When this happens, you will see all of the oil sitting on the bottom of the tank. Just like it will not mix at all with the fuel. Depending on where the fuel pick-up is located, you may either suck up straight oil, or straight gas. Oil is just a mess to be flushed out. Straight gas.....locked up tighter than .......well you get the idea.
I always tell my customers, no matter what the engine is in, use up the one oil in the tank before filling up with the next tank and "new" oil.
