    Handlebar question

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if you can change bushes in the handlebar swivel mechanism? There is a good bit of play in them now and the handlebars wobble about quite a bit. cheers

The obsolete parts don't seem to be anything related to fixing the steering slop.
