Has anyone done testing to know if the supercharger works better with the intake an filter or just open without anything on it

I wouldn't suggest running the ski without a filter, ever. You would likely see more gains by using the JD cold air intake. Just remember..... if water/dirt/etc gets sucked in by your SC you might need a whole new engine.

I never ran a filter after I went over about 10psi. I did use the Riva tube on the SC intake and changed the oil every few hours though
I am positive there are many others not running a filter. I would not recommend no filter for CC racing or big wave jumpin

    supercharger intake

This is what happened to me when running the hull vent hose to the supercharger ( I was warned ) . The ski did go faster but not longer! It was a peice of soundening material.
