How come no Yami 4-blade impellers?
I know lots of my Sea Doo buddies like the 4-blades for top speed, although they say there is some sacrifice in acceleration compared to a 3-blade. It seems to me there wouldn't be as much loss in acceleration with the torqier Yamaha engine & it would also help cavitation & hookup. I'm just wondering why no one makes one for the Yami pump.

I can say tho that going backwards (if that`s the right description) going from a 4 blade to a 3 blade when I had my doo. I had ran a skat 16\21 (3 blade) in the GTXsc and really liked the performance gains from it... otherwise I ran the solas 12\20...

Also, why is the next larger diameter prop a 160? The Dark Side has 158 I believe. I ask as the 160 takes some power to turn.
Definitely not complaining about what's available, just asking.

I have no idea on what prop to run on the JD1 pump kit. Can you point me in the right direction Dan?
