or cxracing.com and all pipes are 2.5". throttle body is tight - so you could go 2.75". XC IC outlet is 3".

Yep, go with stainless steel if your gonna get them. Hell of a lot easier that trying to cut the steel bolts off.

yes all stainless steel 304 or higher.
    (2) 3" T bolts for IC
    (2) 2.75" T bolts for TB and SC
    (4) 2.5" T bolts for pipes

Always good to buy a few extra in case you snug down too hard and break one or want to replace all the various screw head type with T bolts to be on the safe side.

McMaster-Carr has just about every Stainless Steel Clamp and Fastener (and a whole lotta other stuff) imaginable.

If they dont have it then try http://www.siliconeintakes.com/index...91118779bd7a1c
    or

Turbosmart Murray Constant Tension Hose Clamps
    (these are high-dollar---but the best)

get on ebay motors and search for t-bolt clamps and size you need. you will find the same ones that are used with the xs intercooler kits and they will hold as much boost as you will throw to them from one of these superchargers. we use them for turbo cars and they are holding anywhere from 7psi to 30psi. on my daily nissan 240 i am pushing 19psi and they hold fine
