I have a real nice fly helmet from the days of the quad. But was thinking once it gets wet could be a little heavy. Was actually thinking maybe bmx

some of the helmets have removable liners so you can wash and remove the funk.. if it got wet just remove the liner and ring it out..i have fallen off with mine they really dont holdmuch water...some say not to run the visor..i am just velcrowing mine on..

dont run with the visor, if you fall it will scoop in water and most likely break your neck.

    I run without the visor.

Is the velcro enough to hold the visor on at speed? I know my visor is like a big sail at 77...

vent it i ride super moto as well..and at 80 you are correct..the visor pulls at your neck..the super moto helmet have the visor but it is vented so it doesnt catch the air....

i figure if velcrow holds my knee pucks on on my r1 scraping the ground at 130 ..the visor should be easy..
