Is the Jetworks kit complete and would you consider shipping the pipe too. I am considering installing a Jetworks kit but dont want to deal with drilling my pipe and I do want to retain my water temp sensor.

Ughh, I just shipped out the D-plate.

I can ship a complete 1200 pipe with jet works installed from after the cat/d-plate. To mate up to your current cat, pipe cap and brackets.
-the rear gasket, both fittings, JW valve and water temp sensor installed. (as in pic)

I would have to install a cat to ship the whole pipe and that would add ~97 pounds.

PM me info to figure out shipping.

I know what the jetworks does but not sure how it is installed. I know it requires drilling and tapping the exhaust and i dont feel comfortable doing it that is why I was asking about shipping your already tapped pipe.. I have a complete exhaust with a D-plate installed now. Im trying to avoid drilling my pipe. I may be mistaken but I thought that the only part of the pipe that needs to be drilled is from the D-plate back. Is that correct? If so thats the only pipe I would need. I agree that shipping a complete pipe would be very heavy and very expensive. Can you clarify how it is installed? Thanks.

You are correct. That's all the tapping.

a water source is needed. usually tapping the pump strainer and running through the transom at the bailer line. (1/2" water line reduced to 3/8" at the JW valve)
***a billet strainer cover with 90* fitting and hose to the transom is required. you will loose your hull bailers.
***a water output is needed from the pipe. a thru-hull fitting or a Y-adapter to the stock water output is needed. I use the Y adapter.

yes its a complex mod but well worth it..a gpr must have..lots and lots of install info on the whole install on the search...btw if you feel uncomfortable tapping the pipe, you can instruct a machinist at NAPA AUTO to do it for you, around $30...but make sure you read what size tapping screw you need to go where, research it....with the temp. sensor it will be three holes, with one hole where the temp. sensor was at one time retapped...search it

What do you want for the Jet works setup? (if you still have it)
