    Sl750 torque specs

I have purchased a 95 sl750 that has holed a piston on the previous owner, i have replaced the fuel pump with a mikuni 3 output pump to help it from happening again, does anyone have the torque specs for this engine needed to rebuild the cylinder. Thanks, Russ

I think that info is posted in the Polaris Tech or FAQ sections.

torque should be 28 ft-pds for the cylinder base nuts, 18 for the head nuts, and i think 18 for the exhaust bolts

Replacing the fuel pump is a start, but you will want to look into the other possible causes as well.
