Im very impressed at how much more room in the engine compartment there is vs the 2005. Im checking every hose clamp and bolt I can find for tightness and have a service manual on order. Im going to really enjoy this ski!
What should I fill the ride plate holes with?

I also would like to thank everyone for the informative posts that made my decision easier.

I went to a shop that makes signs and got a colour sample book. I took it outside and matched it to the orange on the cowl and had the numbers made. I'd say i got a 95% + match.

    You just need one tube.

Apply duct tape on the bolts prior to applying the compound. Click image for larger version.

Then sand down with 220 or so to get them smooth.
