give Nils a try... he sold me just a Rude Performance billet tip awhile back so i could get rid of the plain-jane black Riva tip... not sure if he still sells them individually?

The guy that used to make them for Nils gave up on it. Mark bought them from Nils and now Mark is out and unable to make exhaust kits. He is trying frantically to try and find someone to machine these up for him.

Regaurding thru hull exhaust
This is what i'm going to use to cover the hole for the oem exhaust.
It is a nice snug fit and came with the clamp. Available at places such as Home Depot. I'm assuming your exhaust has a rubber hose that connects to the oem fitting. My brother's 04 RXP has a hard plastic elbow. I would think the same cap would work on that also.
I'm making my own tip out of 304 stainless steel. I bought some 2.5" pipe and bought a flange off of ebay. I just have to have them welded yet. I'm going to use the metal riva replacement pipe to complete own kit.
