SOLD 2008 RXP 38 hours w/double Triton Stage 1+ MI
I am selling my 2008 RXP with 38 hours and double 2008 Triton. This was a extremely difficult decision, but it is the right thing for me to do. I am getting married this year, the Michigan season is short and it isn’t a “family friendly” toy.
I purchased the ski in April of 2009 as a new left over. Engine and supercharger are stock, except I had Jerry put in Riva washers one hour ago. I read a few cases where people had the stock metal washers explode, and I didn’t want to take the chance. I have the original washers as proof that I did not have a failure. It has never been raced, the sticker on the bottom of the hull is a joke because I eat “Red Hot” hot sauce on everything.
Fizzle 4” Kanaflex air intake – last summer
Fizzle catch can – last summer
Solas 14/19 prop and SpeedFreeks cone with the setback mod and tweaked by Eric at SpeedFreeks – last summer
Riva grate – summer 2009
Riva pump wedge and VTS extension – summer 2009
Riva block offs – last summer
Riva thru hull – last summer
Riva seat cover professionally installed. I had the stock cover removed to let the foam dry out and then had the foam wrapped in plastic before the Riva cover was put on – last summer
Bilge pump installed with fused on/off/auto switch panel in glove box – summer 2009
Custom airbrushed hood done over the winter by forum member SN-45. Haven’t even rode it since I got it.
Seadoo grips with the red inserts – last summer
Never used Deka AGM ETX30LA battery bought over the winter
Grate holes filled, reverse bucket cut and a Pelican box mounted in the front storage bin
Includes black Seadoo cover with RXP outline on it
I never got a top speed number after the prop work and 4” intake. With all mods above, it pulls a solid 8100. I have the VTS tool and OPAS I will throw in. I don’t think I have any other stock parts left. I have all the paperwork and receipts from everything. I did all the maintenance religiously. It is currently winterized, but if you are serious I can start it up. I was in an accident last summer and had the lower hull repaired. It was professionally fixed for $4000. You would never even know unless I disclosed it, but I want to be up front. It was paid for by my insurance and fixed by a shop in Waterford, MI called Glassmasters. They specialize in boats and PWC fiberglass. It’s two brothers that have been doing it for longer than I have been alive. No mechanical damage, just fiberglass. I have all the paperwork from the work and they guarantee their work.
Trailer is a 2008 Triton double LT. It has a matching spare, tongue jack, bearing buddies and I swapped to 5.5’ bunks. The 5’ bunks it came with seemed to short for me. The trailer has never been registered. The lake I ride is in my neighborhood, and if I ever went anywhere else I just put on a trailer plate I had lying around. Trailer has less than 1000 miles on it. I have a simple bill of sale from the guy I bought it off, he purchased a bunch of them from a bankrupt dealer in Illinois.
$7500 for ski and trailer. Please do not low ball me an offer. You will be hard pressed to find a cleaner ski, you have to see it to believe it. I have a lot of time, money and love into this ski. I have the title, but there is a lien on it from a local bank. Once a buyer commits, I will pay the loan off out of my pocket and give you the title and lien release letter before you pay me and take delivery. Located in Waterford, MI. 248-770-8308 Antonio

I have had numerous calls...but I want to emphasize I will not negotiate the price. This ski is well worth the money, the trailer alone could be sold for $1000. I don't mean any disrespect, but I won't budge a $1. Anything less and I will keep the ski. Anyone is free to stop by and check it out. If you see how immaculate the ski is, you will understand why I won't bargain.
