    installing bov

    ok I'm going to be installing my bov sometime this week and I need to know if anyone has a write up with pictures I have the stock intercooler any input will help thanks guys-charles

    I would not install it. Just one more place for a boost leak. my.o2

    It goes between
    The sc and the intercooler. I had to use gasket maker to fix my boost leaks and you don't have to tighten the clamp super hard. What kind of BOV did you get. I'm sure there is install instructions somewhere. If it's Riva you can go to there website to get the install instructions

    Wait scratch that. If you have a stock rxp IC then your BOV should be in an arch shape correct... If so you have to remove the hose between the IC and the intake manifold. Here are install instructions.

    Word of advice...If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say it at all...
    Troy, is a well respected member thats just trying to help you out, and save you from chasing boost leaks like sevral others...

    Ok this is what i dont understand.... why does everyone say they boost leak? If you run a good quality one ( HKS,TiAl, etc) They will NOT leak.. Maybe cheap shitty ones leak. My TiAL which is the only one i would ever run holds up just fine. I boost leak test every other weekend.
