    RUDE controller question ?

I finally insert the Rude controller to my RXP and connect my laptop to the controller..
The question..., this controller adds or subtracts fuel of the map its already on your ECU? or makes a totally new map?
So if i use a map its set to a LES COOKE ECU will be totally different if i start with a map set up from a RIVA ECU ?
I know i have to figure out with my AFR and make my own map..., but i want to know how this work...
    many thanks

The Rude doesn't change any maps in any ECU. The Rude simply allows you to change the MAP and CAM sensor inputs that the ECU reads, esentially fooling the ECU. The ECU then compensates by adding or pulling fuel along with other adjustments. The Rude has its own software or MAP so to speak.

So if i keep all the numbers in 10 (100%) it would not add or subtract anything the ECU its already map for...
I ask this because many of the maps ive seen always subtract gas in 500RPM-2000RPM range and this would means all the ECU´s maps have too much gas at iddle....?

Correct, with all numbers at 10 the RC changes nothing. It seems like the maps that I tried also took away fuel at idle and mid.
