No power won't go past 6000 rpms help!!

Need some guidance on this one. I bought this ski in November of last year and never test it . Is a 2006 rxp and during the winter I installed a riva stage 1 kit plus the water box mod nothing else. Today I went to the lake and it felt very sluggish and it won't past 6000 rpms. Where should I star looking. Thanks

I installed it metal washers also, and the old ones looked ok not broken or anything. By curiosity could it be the slip? If I give to much torque what problem can I have?

Ok will do. Got a question though, could it be that I tightened to much the s/c nut?
