    Mystic JT 4 Synthetic oil

    I'm new to four stroke...

Has anyone used this oil? I know most are members of the Amsoil cult but I was wonder about the rest of you ?

    http://www.mystiklubricants.com/do/product/663082002

A case (12 qts) is less than $72.00 and shipping about $6.00

And , oh yes....I just read all of the FXHO and FX140 posts from the Four Stroke Forum...ALL.

    Thanks Rick,

I can get Mobil One MX 4 at WalMart for less than $7 per bottle....I would use anything Mobil One but it does not say NMMA FC-W. I think Mystic is a good deal for me and it is $7.00 per bottle including shipping and GA. tax and it is full synthetic.

Also why run motorcycle oil when you can run Amsoil marine oil?

Yea, like I said to each his own....I run the motorcycle oil cause it don't foam up and does not have friction modifiers in it. Marine oil just has anti corosion inhibitors in it, I personally don't see the need in it, and have never used the marine stuff, Ive had 3 4 strokes I like that my oil will protect my clutch better and will not foam....but to each his own

I ran Mobil1 in my Honda aquatrax R12X for 260 hrs.....sold that ski
I ran it in my Kawi for 100hrs sold that ski to my brother still runs same oil 200 hrs now

Friction modifiers I read are bad on wet clutches, and sprag clutches, cause they actually allow them to slip.
