In my opinion, just buy a Riva or Fizzle open loop kit and get all the instructions and diagram with the kit.
    So much easier....

But If you need the instructions only goto rivas instructions page and they have it all there.

+1 Riva kit kicks ass. Plug and play and works awesome. I wouldn't have it any other way!
And there is A LOT of info on this forum on this topic. It has been beaten to death!

but the instructions from RIVA are with the thermo on it, thats why i´m looking for an open loop diagram without thermo

If you don't have a thermo you will need a valve, or you going to run too cool.

Then you will get GIO issues from the oil being too cold.

The full rotax racing openloop is very different to what most of run, it feeds into the head in 2 places and exits thru the water pump cover which is reverse to most open loop setups, it also is run with smaller pipes. Oil tempreture is probably more important then coolent but thay sort of go hand in hand its difficult to get oil temps up to where they should be if the whole motor is running too cold.

I would just go with the riva kit it works good.
