Stock should be about 68MPH with the GPS limiter. I just helped a friend dial in a 2010 RXT-X which had Riva 4" intake kit, GPS limiter kit, dialed in 15/22 Solas 4 blade which was repitched by Jim's Performance to a 12/18. We were able to get 71 MPH at about 7950-80000 RPM with great hole shot. One thing that makes these skis dogs is that they are always in touring mode. Every time you start it you have to change it to sport mode. What a PITA!

We need more information from you to help. Is your 4" air setup upfront getting cool air or right behind the engine getting hot air? Are you beyond the 8-10 hour break in period? Have you checked ALL the hose clamps for boost leaks? Have you made 100% sure the bolts holding the pump are tight? Have you checked the nose cone, impeller and wear ring for damage? Is the oil level below the top mark? Have you changed plugs?

From what I have found with a good 4" air setup getting nice cool air and everything else ok, you should be seeing 72 mph solid. The stock impeller is very suspect for not being pitched correctly. Those of us that have installed Solas 15/22r's and then re-pitching for optimum performance have seen great results.

You are seeing signs of a problem, you just need to find it!

Reading all this with great interest as I want this thing to go, only at 5 hours still waiting on my 4inch air to get here, but at this time still feels a bit soft.

Rob, I just checked the tracking on the 4" intake kit. I'm going to file a claim with USPS because they should've had it to you days ago. It looks like it will be to you soon though.
