    GPR HO Pump Duct repair??

Can this even be repaired??? I posted the whole setup for sale and took out the bearings and seals. Popped off first seal and saw a mark where it look like it was a manu. defect or something was in it. Than got everything out and saw there there was a crack on the other side.

If I touch it it moves yea. The bearings came out really easy...which was weird. Might have done it from removing the bearings.

well, I don`t think it would ruin the integrity, and ya can prolly use it if ya need to bc the bearing race circumference/bore is what surface is more important.
if the piece is very very thin, then maybe and if the piece is a good sized chunk/corner, then maybe not...
just wouldn`t want it coming loose and killing the seal from inside...
otherwise the shaft does not touch , just passes thru...

I don`t see any real way to repair that, even if you "glued that back down, the adhesive would raise that chip...

Yea, I just lightly touched it again and it fell out...this is what it looks like now. Only thing I'm worried about it the sealing. The bearing will still sit on it I'm sure, it's keeping it sealed, or will that still not be an issue. Picture from other side as well.

ooof, man ya better shoot WFO or Philip a PM and see if they have any experience with that... IMHO don`t think it`s worth having it welded and machine work done unless you are the shop owner or have these tools readily avail...
