    2008+ PTO cover oil sprayer/nozzle upgrade???

    I remember reading about the upgrade done to 07 and older pto covrs, but I cant find it right now, it had pictures and everything, does anyone have that link or the pictures?

    It's not a real difficult job... but there is a lot of stuff to remove & re-install. It's kinda time consuming more than anything else. I definitely feel it's worth the trouble & cost.... the jet & PTO gasket will cost you less than $50 bucks. On a big charger... this is a must have!

    Thats what it looks like, how long did it take you? Funny thing is I ordered all the parts and their sitting here, along with the 07 and up supercharger bolts, imo the torx head are much easier than the old 8mm hex heads, I just lost inspiration I guess....lol. The 06 is going from Rude 1 to a 2Rude and the 07 has a X charger so I guess game on.

    I can't remember exacly how long it took me... I probably spent like 4 hours pulling the cover & installing the jet, then another 3 hours or so the following day putting it all back together.

    BTW... your 06 should already have the updated flywheel bolts.

    It does, the engine was replaced in 08 with a Sea Doo long block thanks to water ingestion.
