    780 SLX Carb Jets..

Where do I buy replacement jets for the carbs in my '96 SLX 780. I am adding Boyesen reeds, PSI single pipe, and TDR Waterbox so I am assuming I am going to need to re-jet the carbs.

You can get them at many places.

John Zigler, Sharp's marine, Watcon, dennis kirk, atlantic jet sports, etc....

Alot of local powersports places may have them too. (at least the the mains, the pilots are kinda oddball) Just take a jet with you to match up.

    Got me????

My 750 had alot of other goodies on it along with the PSI dry pipe.

That dry pipe will make temps run a bit higher, so you'll need more fuel to help try and cool the pistons down.

If I had to guess, maybe around a 80 low jet and 125 mains. (better to start with more fuel and work your way down. That way you don't burn up your pistons)

you can prolly leave the jets the same size, but put in 2.3 needle valves and 80 gram springs. Bump both screws out to 1 turn to start and then tune from there. If you think your jets are plugged and that is why you are buying new ones, then buy new jets as well, as it's really hard to clean them once they have varnished.
