    supercharger shaft (worn)

Hi guys! just rebuilding my 05 rtx supercharger.. it got 65hours in it. i

I tear the washers and etc off on the shaft and notice that it has a little worn in the area where spring washers are.. i hope that it dont really matter, dont wanna buy new shaft..) but i ask your opinion, is that normal?

That definatly isnt normal especially after only 65 hours.....

An 05 with 65 hours should get a full rebuild with a complete new kit. I would be more worried about the bearings than the washers. The gear is likely worn also.

The new rebuild kit comes with heavier rate spring washers than what you originally had in your ski. That supercharger is in need of a complete rebuild!!!
This is the kit to buy
