I need to beat my Dad's modded GP1390

Hey all, I am wanting (again) to kill my Dad's GP1200 (modded to 1390, other mods he won't tell me, but I know he has a lot of crap under the hood, but not triple pipes). I have some $$$ to spend....I am thinking 1390 for sure, I was lucky to buy a "ringer"...I own a 2000 GPR that has been GPS'd at 65 (peak of 67) MPH with my mods (see signature).

Aside from 1390, what else can I do? Triple pipes are out, b/c they require so much maintenance, any chance I get the parts to beat him? He kills even the 260 HP Doos off the line, and it's not even close...He owns a beast. It's loud and fast..If he didn't have it de-tuned (compression) for reliability and the prop pitched for holeshot..I am willing to go
all out to beat him...he's the king of our lake (no one has ever beat him on hid GP, even the big Bajas who think they are hot sh*t, which he owns as well, he has a 21 foot Baja with a 502ci big block, 80+ mph tops with through hull...that bitch is badass)

Please help....He has always had the upper hand on me and I want to finally beat him!

Porting and a milled head will solve your problems and you'll be able to uppitch to a 14/22 all for around 1k...then you show him who's boss..

hmm...most GPR tuners who port charge around $600 I thought and milled head around $200,a new head gasket $30 plus all the shipping ...repitching around $100 including all shipping...is it much more?
