    Hard Start 951

I have done a few 951 motors now and i noticed that some are harder to start then others. Now not sure what the problem is but i use the carb settings from Seadoosource.com and i dont want to add primer kits to all of them. Any help would be great

No idea but mine is a bitch to get started cold. You don't need a primer kit though, just pump the throttle 3-4 times. The accelerator pump will do the trick.
