RXT-X 260.....2010 vs. 2011
I'm looking at buying the Sea Doo RXT-X 260. But obviously I can get a much better deal on a 2010 versus the 2011.
So far I haven't been able to see a difference between the two.
I know there has to be so what are they yall?
I'm very new to this sport so help me out.

I thought I read something about being able to update the computer and taking the speed limiter off on the 10 but no the 11s or is that 09's versus 10's and 11's might wanna check

Minor differences. The speed limiter is easier to bypass on the 2011 because the software doesn't have to be updated. The rideplate on the 2011 might be updated to allow longer bolts to hold the pump on - it's been a problem on some 2010. I would go with the 2010 as you'll probably save thousands.

WOW, so I guess Seadoo DOES listen to their customers...looking forward to all the test results that GladeRider will be putting out shortly. I'm thinking the heat shield will be on the 2012 lol

Now if it was just a 4" system.. How does the 2010 intake look?

And it is a bit faster because of the cold air it receives to SC.
