    the exhaust valves don't protrude past the pipes and manifold do they?

    No but the controller takes up quite a bit of room.

    put an 800 seadoo motor or 951 in it much easier and fast as HELL

    idk my buddy is an insane polaris builder and we have been scheeming to do this 785 build for a while, we just dont have a 785 on hand to get the measurements from

    I would suggest a big domestic tripple instead. Way cheaper, parts more available, and you'll like the torque better than a high strung 785. Also, much much more room savings.

    You can get big HP out a 1200 also!!
