    help

I am trying to find out what size oil lines I need for my 2004 800xlt. How long I would need to buy? Are all the oil lines the same size? Where can I buy?

Wave eater clips....how many do I need? Is there a kit with everything I need? where can I buy? Is there a post describing how to install?

    Thanks a ton!!!

you need 2 of these... as far as the oil lines, you can just replace the all the hose, or just snip the ends off where they connect about 1/4 inch and re-connect a fresh piece then zip tie or wire tie them on

I have some oil line in stock... I am thinkin its 1/8inch tygon

as far as replacing them, the oil pump is easy to get to, but the carb side is covered by the exhaust pipe, so it will have to be removed to see what you are doing

I bought the Fast Flow Fuel Lines, 1/8". I bought 7 feet and it was more than enough to do both of my old 95 WaveVentures. But you may want to measure what you have. It is probably the same ID, but it's better to check it to make sure.

I have used Dave with Fast Flow Fuel Lines in the past personally with great results. He has great fuellines and have no problems with him. But when it comes to oil lines I would go with Pale and Rich and go with 1/8" tygon.
