This is not for my ski, I'll never let a dealer touch my ski personally. I have a friend who I feel has been getting hosed by them and wanted to see the general opinion of their service dept. I have met Glen Perry, real nice guy.

I remember calling about a year or so back because my ski was having a problem and not going over 7600 RPMs so I called them and the service guy told me that the ski is fine that the RXP's rev limiter was 7600 RPMs, he assured me that he had spoken with his manager and he had told him the same thing...It had to do with my supercharger slipping..anyways, if that guy or similar employees still work there, then beware of their service department. Can't say anything about their sales dpmt. because I never dealt with them. Riva, PPG should be able to help you out.
Best of luck.

Sales Dept is a joke to, all around they are horrible, most people in Dade country go there because they are close by, but for my personal parts and service, i hit up Broward Motor sports or Riva's. "Jet Ski Of Miami is a joke period" I can tell you first hand they are shaddy. I knew a guy who worked there as a tech and was always selling stolen ski parts in Blue lagoon at the ramp.
