2010 RXTX quick question while at store

What is the proper gap for the plugs and what is the torque value when putting them in? Does anyone recommend using anti seize compound on the threads?
    Thanks!!!

Set gap to .030, then apply anti-seize on threads, hand tighten, then tighten another 1/4 turn with socket and wrench (as per service manual).
