    What exactly is the problem?
You have spark when the plug is out, but no spark when the plug is installed?

Or only one spark plug out of the three is sparking?

    How strong is the battery?
    Battery voltage while cranking?

i only removed one spark plug to see if it was getting spark, i saw spark once and as the engine continued turning over there was no more spark.. battery is fully charged..

Put a voltmeter on the battery terminals, and monitor the voltage while cranking the engine (with spark plugs installed). Battery voltage must stay above 10.6 volts while the engine is cranking.

If the voltage from the battery sags below 10.6 volts while you are holding the Start button down then the battery is no good, despite your charging it.

    Welcome to the Hulk.

What year and model did the elec stator you just installed come out of? Or what's printed on the back of the plate in ink?

Good, did you try removing the kill switch from the circuit board and see what happens?

You can also try removing the plug wire caps, cutting the wires back about 1/4" to expose clean wire and rescrew the boots back on. Then re-zip tie them. Doubt that's the problem here, but it may help.

Did you ohm test the new/used stator to see if it's good?

Do you have a "known" good CDI you can try?
