    thanks alot r-d

my name is scott, I live in tampa fl i own a 09 yamaha fzr with pretty much stage 3 mods with a r2 reflash instead of the motec ecu, purchased a powershot from r-d 2nd week of aug last year had power shot on ski for about 35 hrs then the number 2 cylinder stopped firing, took powershot off and hooked everything back up with out the powershot ski ran fine, called r-d spoke to glenn he said ship the powershot to them and they would see what is wrong with it, come to find out when I installed powershot vibration from the motor caused the plastic cover on the injecter wire to wear through to the bare wires and short it out, glenn fixed my powershot no qeustions asked and at no charge to me even though this was obviously operator error I-E my fault so thanks again to glenn and butch at r-d for there help in resolving this issue every one on this foroum has nothing but positive things to say about r-d, now I personally know this is true

Both Glenn and Bill have been absolutely outstanding to me and anyone I have referred them. Absolutely top notch service.

Glad you got the powershot sorted out. Chasing a wiring gremlin can be very hard sometimes.

In my eyes the biggest contribution to our SHO engines have been the reflashes from R&D, keep up the good work guys.

I agree. R&D has been great to deal with and add a lot to our industry (hobby).

Lots of firsts with them r.e. the FZ-series ski's (in no particular order).

    Reflashes

    Billet Driveshaft Sleeves

    Degreed nozzles

    Big Ass Prop Removal Tools

Big Ass Coupler Removal Tools (just like saying that)

    Anti-Cav Transom Plate Mods

    Clutch-Saving (hopefully) Driveline Couplers

    Water-Cooled Effing SC Housing (!)

    Racing Cams

    Adjustable Cam Gear Sets

Tons of Valve Stuff and Tools

Triple Cooling Kit (better be hot and high HP though)

    Second Thermostat

    POWERSHOT
They have a ton of stuff for us!
