Hydro Turf matts in direct sun

My 04 RXP spends the summer on a lift at the dock and this has beat up the stock mats pretty good. I keep the OEM cover on it but it's stays most the day in direct sunlight (covered). Looks like most all the glue holding the mats on has come loose and it's only being held in place by the rivets. My question is if I replace the stock Matts with Hydro Turf mats and use the 3M self-adhesive will they stay on?
