    Anyone know what this is?

Pulled my supercharger out and was wiping some of the oily grime out of the inside of my hull and I accidentally pulled this out. It appears to be some sort of silicone/rubber plug, but I can't feel anything inside the hull that it's covering. I checked my other RXT 215 to see if it has one of these and sure enough, it's got one also. They are positioned at the bottom of the hull, close to where the pump tunnel raises up. Any ides what they are? I'm afraid that since I ripped this one out, my ski my start leaking.

They cover the top of the hull inserts for the bolts @ the front of the intake grate.. (pretty sure)..

Sometimes they get douched with oil and come off..Just find where it came off, clean the area with degreaser and put some sealant back on it.

You guys think it will leak if I don't put more down there? Can't really see where it needs to go.

Mines been missing for years. As long as your front intake grate bolt is tight with some loc-tite, ultra black, etc... you'll be fine.

Yeah, it's still the OEM grate on there...Not sure what they use when they seal it up at the factory.

They use some kind of a yellow sealant/loctite...at least on my boat they did. I wouldn't worry to much about it, but for peace of mind you can always pull the front bolts and coat the threads with ultra black like BD said.
