So I was thinking......Seadoo making a standup!
Was wondering if they ever made one and if not, would it be worth a crap with the motors they have out now?
(please don't bash as I'm new to the standup community)

It would be heavy and then blow up... I'd still like to see them make one though. Really hoping some more manufacturers start making standups again.

I'm telling you! I think they are pretty cool and convenient, too bad I never had the chance to ride one! They look like a blast.

I wish Seadoo would make a true stand up. That 3D was a joke. It looks fun to ride but it just isnt quite a standup, not quite a sport boat, not really a R/A. Big failure. I think if Seadoo made an EFI951 standup it would not only haul @ss, it would satisfy people in the market like me, I need a standup that will be legal in 2013 where I ride.

The 3d should have been made as JUST a standup, and change nothing else. It would have been ideal for growing a dead market, and introducing more and more folks to standups. Some of those folks would have eventually transitioned to a traditional standup. Not everyone is 5ft tall, and weighs 130 lbs soaking wet! Something like the 3d in standup mode could have helped taller/larger riders integrate. Now, the standup NEW-market, is all but dead.
IMHO, the whole standup community lost a PRIME opportunity to re-ignite interest in the sport. I don't see it happening again.

If I had the physical ability, I would have a stand up! Love them things, and how you can just toss them in the back of the truck is great!
