    GPR tuners in Michigan?

Im just wondering if there is anyone around the Grand Rapids, Michigan area that has experience tuning the GPRs? After I rebuilt my ski last season it seemed to run very 'sluggish' on the bottom end. I know about the water in exhaust and all that, but it didn't feel like that, and even just stopping for a second it is VERY slow getting onto plane. It doesnt have any cavitation at all either, so I know its not that, so im just wondering if anyone is around to help tune my ski.
