Best way to fix this busted cylinder exhaust mount?

Short, of buying a new piston/cylinder, what is the best way to fix a messed up cylinder exhaust mount?
    Here's the picture:

The way that I see it, these are my options:
    1.Buy new cylinder w/piston
2.Weld hole, drill, tap - would the cylinder need to be removed for this?
    3. Try to use a bigger bolt (I don't know if I'd be able to get a thicker ratchet end through the stinger to tighten)
    4. Build a GPRXP
    5. Fill with mighty putty and sell ski at auction

Before anyone mentions it, the forward most cylinder has a busted mount as well...

If anyone in central Florida is certain that they can fix it, send me a PM. Its a spare ski, but I need it fixed ASAP as it has been sitting for over 4 years now.

    Thanks.

helicoil or time sert are stronger than the original threads in the alum. cyl. Do a search using google and there are videos on you tube of how to do them correctly!

a well equipped machine shop will have an EDM machine that will be able to remove (literally melt away) the broken bolts

I don't think he has a bolt broken off just a hole that the threads are stripped out. Tommy Jordan

I've watched a few videos now and have a question - considering that this hole has been enlarged from the standard diameter, are there heli-coils/time serts that will also reduce the diameter to the original size?
