besides the obvious handling improvment is there any increase in speed due to less drag.

I didn't notice any difference in speed when I installed mine.

The Job of sponsons are to help with handling and turning not speed improvements!

I put the Worx sponsons on my RXP and noticed that the feel was VERY loose. I lowered them and am now very happy with their performance. It will hold almost any turn you can put it in. As far as speed goes, they might not drag in the water quite as much as stock, but nothing significant.

I didn't notice any loss/gain in speed when bolting up the Worx. I did try them out in the up position and the thing was waaaaay loose. Almost like having no sponsons at all. I keep them in the down position now.
