    2007 rxp seat/seat cover

I know this has been mentioned before, but my stock seat on my 07 rxp is ripped and a new cover is needed. I was looking at the riva seat covers but i notice its made out of a different material. Is there any downsides to buying this kind of seat cover rather than oem?

I bought mine from Jettrim's yardsale. It had been on a ski before (a return maybe?) so some of the material was missing in the area under the seat but it still worked out OK. Saved about $140.00 and they stitched it for free!
