    please help guys dont know what else to do

    hey everone just complete winter project got a big issue .i need u guys to chime in. seadoo rxt 255 IS les cook remap 8600 rpm xx charger my issue. is super charger hose keep blowing off i know already done it t- bolt clamps rough up s/c end with sand paper and the same inside the hose and clean with brake clean then installed a 2.5 t bolt and tigthen it down crank ski hit it one time blow off again i know everyone know IS GOT TO BE PULLED APART its a pain in the u know what oh yea when i bought the ski when it was stock same issue but deal finally got it stop but know i have up the boost its worst now

    Some people spray hair spray to help them from blowing off.

    Clean the area real well and then apply a coat of hairspray to the supercharger outlet and the hose. Put it toghether and let OT sit for like 10 mins and then take it out and try it out.

    Same thing happened to one customer ended up with new hoses and clamp every thing now great and he pass 45H

    should i tighten the t bolt clamp until i cant turn it anymore

    If the ears on the clamp are touching its too big and you need a smaller clamp.

    Mine PX was doing same thing. Bought a new hose and it has not blown off since.

    I had the same problem and I did all the tricks you mentioned. What eneded up working for me is a self tightening hose clamp and a little bit of high tack.

    thanks next step new hose i just order am going to clean it good and put some kinder glue or something put t bolts back on followed by a regular clamp am starting to wonder about seadoos guys this is a really bad design. i have ever seen and everbody u talk to that up there boost hose blowed off no i take that back it blowed off on stock to what a POS.
