2004 RXP - What should I do and in what order?

I have a 2004 RXP, riva air intake(front), solas 14/19 prop, new SC washers, 2deg. pump wedge, worx top loader grate. Thinking about what other mods I need to get, options are free flow exhaust, opas block offs, supercharger/injector change out, intercooler... I want to do things in order and there looks like ther is a wealth of experience on here. Just want to do things in the right order. I dont want to overstress the engine by adding something without something else. Any help would be great.

Next step is an X-Charger, 42's and a 15/20R. You also need the Riva Prop Block off's to cut out on the porpoising. You might have to pitch it down a bit to fine tune the RPM's. Then, later down the road a Fizzle XS intercooler and a RRPFR (set at or around 60-65 to start) and pitch the prop +1-2mm. Get an LC1 to monitor the AFR and a rear exhaust setup. A fizzle 4inch intake should also do the trick. That setup should take you through 80ish.

Good stuff. Im looking now, the Pro block off's and exhaust are on their way. I ordered the rear air as well. Intercooler, x-charger and injectors next. Valves after that or before? also What is the strainer for? Do you remove the closed loop? I was told that I am at the point for a blow off kit but read conflicting answers on whether that should be used.

Anybody know where the RE block off's can be had from..

Right now GEOWELSH, there is a thread next to yours talking about the 04 valves. It seems, and the experts will chime in, that the valves until 07 were hollow. Search this forum and you will find a wealth of info on valves sticking and or floating and causing catastrophic engine problems. You have a great modifiable ski, but just make sure that the foundation is solid. It would be a shame to put lots of mods on a ski that comes undone unnecessarily. Speed=$! TJCIN
