Need help with my 2004 rxp

    hey guys

I have 2004 rxp with the following mods: opas block off kit, speedfreaks 4" rear air guzzler, solas 14/19, riva intake grate, washer replaced in sc, rideplate holes filled, riva free flow exhaust, my question is i went out today for the first time since installing everything, and the boat was great, but my rpms were at 8150 solid and occasinally hit 8200. Gps read 72.6. Is this rpm high?? if so what should be my next upgrade for the boat? thanks any help is appreciated.

When the warmer weather comes the RPM will be perfect. I suggest keeping it to 8100 RPM or less for now. You don't want to be pinning it on the rev limiter.

    Welocome to the forum.

I agree, unless you want to chase rpm with different pitch, leave it alone as its fixing to warm up.
At 8200 rpm the OEM 04 ecu will be on the limiter.
8100 rpm with flashes above is where you want it.
Not bad for a stock ski with few mods and oh ya, it was built in 04!
    Ride it!

As far as next mod, boost and fuel.

    Then after that more rpm.

Could he be on the limiter? Wondering if he needs a little more pitch.
