Love my 06 FXHO!
Got an 06 FXHO about two weeks back... first weekend (last sat) it was dying on idle, not all the time, it was surging, and I was only pulling 9k on the tach.
Changed the plugs put seafoam and replaced the burned off gas from last weekend with 93...
WOW Totally different ski, its so nice to cruise at a decent speed and look down and see I'm only burning 8 gph! Any one that's thought about getting one do it! Julio inspired me... I'd like to do the rear exhuast at some point.

That would be "abracadabra" by screen name. Julio is his name and he is an awesome resource of info on the FXHO skiis, and any other ski for that matter.

I saw his exahust mod, sounded sick! I sadly need to quit spending money on my ski's except the normal odds ends... I need gas money! I hope it doesn't hit over 5 bucks a gallon.
It's getting close to it being that way...

Do you have the old 5.7 gallon tank?? I would like to buy it. Im getting 120+ miles per tank on my jets. That 5.7 gallon tank would be great for my waverunners. That would put me over 160 miles between gas pumps!!! Wahooooooo. Could possibly make it to the dry Tortuga s from Key West
