I'm going with a 13/19 (160) Longblade with my present mods.

Will post RPM's and speed as soon as I get her in the water. Hopefully in a week or two.

I have absolutely no cavitation with my 155mm skat 13/23 for stage 1

Kind of what I am thinking. I can't see a stage 1 making enough power to turn a 160 to any RPM's.

same go with a skat 13/23 on a 55mm pump. you will loose alot of speed with a 160mm pump on a stage one.

I dont know I am thinking a 13/17 or 13/18 may be the way to go with a different nozzle just checking to see if anyone has ran a 160 on a stage 1 or with the stock ECU and stock boost I know it would not turn anything more than a 13/18 just looking for someone that may have tried this

i havent tried it but imo, its overkill.

i set up a buddys ski with stage one mods, air intake, ribbon delete, freeflow + good I/C and with a 155mm skat 14/21 there was zero cavitation, off course the grate/shoe was properly sealed, and im a heavy guy #260
with a lighter rider a 13 leading edge would have been enough.

From experience, I would say it would have to be less than a 13/17 160 for stage 1 mods. I'm hoping to be able to turn a true 13/19 160 with a C3 and my newly installed IC.

Question for everyone: Are all 160 Skats "Longblades"? I ask because I've had two 160 Skats and they were both Longblades. Seems like a "Shortblade" 160 would be easier to turn.
