I only see 69 why ? And SC slip
I was back om the water after a SC rebuilt and a lot of other stuff I add over the winter.
I was only running 69 mph and 8160 rpm ( after the speedo ) this winter I put in a Rotax Racing 127 mm wheel that was suppost to put out 9,5 psi @ 8500 rpm. And a new 15/22 untouched solas.
Last year I was running 68,9 with stock SC and a 14/19 solas. thats why it doesn´t make sens it is that slow ?
Seaond question :
When I rebuilted the SC with new rebuilt kit and the 127 mm Rotax Racing wheel I set the slip at 11,8 NM The manual suggested 10 to 12 NM. Do I need to set the slip a little higer when I run that wheel ?
My setup is:
Rotax Racing SC wheel
front 4¨ intake
free flow exhoust
Rotax Racing ECU ( 8300 rpm limiter )
Riva valve train
SS wear ring
Worx intake grate
I appreciate any help

Check with GPS, 06 speedos were known to go to 69 and thats it no matter how fast the paddle wheel was spun.

Not making enough power to turn that 15/22 is my guess

year snoman that was my thought too. Today I will tweak the prop to get the last 140 rpm. The speed was measuret with the speedo so it the speedo stops at 69 I see why Tomorrow I will do a test run with the repitched prop with my gps. What speed do you think I will se on the GPS ?

btw I saw 8160 rpm should I let it be there or will I have it at 8300 like my rpm limiter ?

The factory speedometer stops @ 70, no matter how fast you go. Use a GPS for all speed runs.
