Peeling paint on domestic head covers

The paint is peeling off the inside of my head covers. Will this cause any problems? I'm thinking I should remove all the loose paint so none of it comes off and blocks a cooling passage

Yep, using 2 part undercoat only. The stuff sticks like a weld.

Oooooooooo... Can I get some of that action as well???? PM sent. My mag head cover shows visible overheating along with the peeling paint on the inside. Pisser mod to come.

I think I will strip and polish the worst 3 that I have after I pick out the best 3 to put on my engine.......maybe polish the water rail as well eventually.

Maybe finish it off with this....
