Jims "original J plate" Fercho package with "ff"mod plus xtras
Hate to let it go but, Iam going VXR or FZR so I no longer have a need for it.
Started out as a "J" plate per Fercho package specs, then was the 2nd "FF"plate to be made. I spent mega hours trying to get more speed out of it and had a welder fill in the channels and I finished them off with marine tex which added almost 1mph. Being a "J" plate it handles alot better without any speed loss. Several people can vouch for this plate and what it can do. Iam looking for $350.00 shipped in United States and the difference over $20.00 for overseas...

What is the story on this plate? Is it for top speed, holeshot, handling, all of the above? Sorry I do not know too much about ride plates. How does it work with a 1200 grate?

K.....the jim's ff plate is milled down on the bosses and other areas to achieve maximum plate angle to increase lift. I would say to answer your question,it's designed to do all three you mentioned.
