Extended drive shafts for the pump extension kits are shipping

Guys, for those of you who ordered they will be shipping in the next couple of days.

I spoke to Ted today and the shafts came out incredible. They far exceeded his expectations. He did a run out test on them by supporting one end of the shaft and then putting 200 lbs of force on the other end for 20 minutes. They measured the run out and it was less than 1/10th. Pretty amazing!

I'm thinking about having some OE replacements made up. What do you guys think?

We actually had 9 pre orders, but made 15 shafts. If you want one of these extended shafts with no waiting then now's the time to order. No waiting

    Thanks guys!

I think a High end "proper" solution stock diminution driveshaft would be a good idea, the stock ones don't last long when your making big power.

    Nice work Guys!

I would think there would be a market for OEM length.
Not everbody is running with pump extensions that is making enough power to have issues.

I would highly reccomend that all that bought shafts go back with some new hard ware (c clip, etc) to start off right.

I couldn't find the pump extension kit in the store. Also, what is the feed back from people that have installed it?

No one makes - sells them anymore. Do a search on "pump extension".... there are a bunch of old threads on the topic here!

    actually...

out of curiosity, is there any different things needed to fit this into a RXT???

i know i could get the RXT-X hardware but this may be an easier solution..

i presume i just need the spacer, steering rod and maybe VTS rod extended??

my ski is undergoing a turbo conversion at the moment..

i rode rxp300hp rxp with the pump extension and could not believe how stable the ski was... i just didnt have the cohunas to keep it pinned in the chop...
