question about pulling a tube in NJ

    What is the rule?
I heard driver, spotter, and obviously the tube person.
    True? False? Incorrect?

true, you also need a flag and it must be a 3 seater or bigger.

    Must be a 3-seater ski.

    You need the orange flag.

    You need a rear-facing spotter.

Technically, you can only tow one person on the tube, but i usually do 2, it's more fun that way.
