Les cooke Ckit and 42lb bosch green giant injectors - australia
I am waiting to get some pics of the charger housing and shaft but have a pic of the wheel
Had a failure in the bearing and the wheel suffered a slight touchdown on the outer edges... i felt it go and the ski was idled back to the boat ramp.. ski taken home and charger pulled out for inspection... FYI that is a yammie supercharger wheel in the pic as well... just to prove that seadoo boys do have bigger ones
Charger has been sent away for repair to a reputable shop here in oz and the touchdown is actually about 2mm on the wheel... a spacer has been made for it to push the wheel forward 2mm to retain boost etc...
the charger is ready to go back together and there are a few options...
It has 60hrs on the existing shaft etc, but new mcmasters in it every 20hrs on it.. Clutch slip was always checked at 20hrs and mcmasters changed whether they needed it or not.. the ski is a offshore rec riding ski and ridden with a 8100rpm ecu in a 2007 RXT.. pretty sure its running a 2008+ shaft kit but i did not have the oiling mod
the charger is ready to be put back together with the existing shaft but with new bearings and mcmasters...
or a full rebuild kit can be put through it but u guys can pick up rebuild kits alot cheaper then what we can here in oz...
i tried to ring les cooke to get a price on a new wheel, but gave up on the whole excercise in trying to get any sense out of the guy on the phone (it wasnt Les)..
in fact, i gave up on superchargers completely and about to run malvins terminator series turbo in my RXT
might consider trading a new jettrim seatcover for 2007 rxt + cash or a laptop for the kids!!! some new decals for the ski if someone has a machine to do the vinyl work...sorry, will not consider wives or girlfriends for trade (izzo!! )
my turbo is on its way and the ski is apart 2000km's from where i live for the turbo conversion... this is a great charger for the time i used it... if the turbo wasnt being put in the ski, this would go back in....

Is your name Ian? I believe I bought my Rude1 off of you a while back from jetskijunkys.
If its same guy, no worries for potential buyers in the states, Retro is top notch to deal with.
