    Thanks Andy... Annette and I are having a few friends over. She bought one of those "all inclusive" pre-cooked Turkey dinners from the local deli for only $40. It ain't home cookin'... but she likes the idea of no cookin'

    Happy Thanksgiving to all. We are headed to Parker for the sprint races to see how the new mods stack up against the competition. As far as what are we eating? Probably an egg Mcmuffin for breakfast and a big mac for lunch ( on the road ) then a nice Thanksgiving racer potluck at the Blue Water Resort and Casino! It dont get much better than that!

    Thanks! Now you see it, and now you don`t...How is it wifey spends a few days cooking and preparing dinner/desert and within minutes after the dinner call, it`s gone in da belly man!...

    This year is was just the 2 of us, we had, Nice bottle of cabernet, Turkey, mashed potatoes, asparagus, homemade cornbread stuffing, sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce with homemade pumpkin pie and coffee. She didn`t make a few dishes this year, but I still have Christmas to look forward to...
